I see education as a collaborative journey that equips students to succeed in a complex world. My teaching is guided by curiosity, real-world relevance, and inclusivity. I use case studies, invite industry guests, and organize company visits to bridge theory and practice. Sustainability, ethics, and both critical and creative thinking lie at the core of my teaching philosophy.
